• Payments are processed by BuyMeACoffee or similar platforms, not directly by SmartBeggar.
• Your payment details (such as card number or bank information) are handled by those platforms according to their own terms and privacy policies.
3. Use of funds
• Funds are used at the discretion of the project owner to support:
– personal rebuilding and stability,
– project-related expenses (time, tools, travel, communication),
– future actions that may help others once the project grows.
• The intention is to share clear, public updates about goals, milestones and overall progress — but not to provide a minute-by-minute breakdown of every euro or detailed personal accounting.
4. No legal or financial obligations
• By donating, you do not become a shareholder, investor, partner or creditor of the project or its owner.
• The project owner does not assume legal obligations towards you beyond what is required by applicable law and these Terms.
