SmartBeggar is a personal transparency project created and run by one individual.
It is not a company, not a charity, not a financial service and not an investment platform.

The project focuses on:
• sharing a real-life journey,
• showing progress, milestones and public statistics,
• providing transparent storytelling inside the mobile apps.

SmartBeggar does not offer:
• investment opportunities,
• financial returns,
• professional advice.

2. Use of the website and mobile apps

When using SmartBeggar, you agree to:
• use the site and apps in a lawful way,
• not attempt to disrupt, hack, or damage the services,
• not impersonate others or misuse the content.

Age requirement:
SmartBeggar is intended for adults (16+).
If you are under 16, please use the website and app only with parental consent.

3. Merch store (Shopify)

The SmartBeggar app includes access to an in-app merchandise store.

Important notes:
• Physical products are handled and fulfilled by Shopify and Printful.
• All checkout operations (payments, shipping details, taxes) are processed by Shopify.
• SmartBeggar does not store or process your payment information.
• Product availability, pricing and shipping costs may vary by region.

Purchases of merchandise are optional and separate from the transparency project.

SmartBeggar contains links to third-party platforms such as:
• Instagram
• TikTok
• YouTube
• Email contact

These services have their own Terms and Privacy Policies.
SmartBeggar is not responsible for how these third-party platforms operate.
